CoreGRID organizes its first Summer School with theme “Introduction to GRID Technologies”. The summer school is held at EPFL (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology) in Lausanne, Switzerland between the 5th and 9th of September 2005.
There will be theoretical sessions about current and future state of the Grid -which may be a little boring for those that are familiar with the concept of the Grid.
But the reason I am attending, is because there will be practical sessions on technologies that I would really like to get a better insight of, namely ProActive and GRID Superscalar. Also: Globus, Unicore and discussion forums will make up what sounds like an interesting summer school…
