Another trippy night yesterday at Luminaire, organized once again by ClubAC30. The Domino State and Air Formation (preceded by the Flowers of Hell) provided the soundscapes this time, with Robin from ClubAC30 at the decks in between the bands.

German Industrial flag-flyers, Rammstein, have been repeatedly consistently linked with fascist and neo-Nazist right-wing opinions. The band has consistently denied such allegations, declaring instead their leftish leaning political position. To further put things in place, in 2001 they wrote “Links 234″, a military-themed song where they “discuss” away the allegations and try to clear the air once and for all.

M83 took time off their official tour -supporting Kings of Leon (?!), to play a one-off gig at the St. Giles-in-the-Fields church in London! Videos and photos below the fold.

Following hot on the heels of the Sigur Ros live on Friday, yesterday (Saturday) I went to Luminaire to see Piano Magic. From the huge, impersonal Sigur Ros concert of 8000 attendees, down to the 60-70 people in close contact with the French-English purveyors of fine radiophonic sounds!

Here I am, after midnight, fresh from the experience of Sigur Ros live at the Alexandra Palace! And what is the first thing I do? Take care of my (three) readers! I have just uploaded a number of photos. Here is a video I took as well.

Johnny Rotten (John Lydon) of the mighty Sex Pistols used to be an anarchist, drove the Sex Pistols to the top, urinated on stage, defied all gig organizers’ policies, and sold his soul for rock ‘n’ roll. Now he does this…

M83
It was some time since I went to a live I thoroughly enjoyed. But last night was exactly that. M83 delivered a particularly energetic and trippy set that had me smiling happy at the end.

Electro-Jazz/Tango including Parov Stelar, Gabin, Thievery Corporation, Gotan Project and more. Enjoy!
