But that doesn't cover all the cases. Maybe the intelligent ones only have selective intelligence. There are so many crazy things that people sincerely believe in; it beggars belief. I find it extraordinary enough that people believe in God; but Uri Geller, crop circles, UFOs, ghosts, homeopathy - what is going on? It must be aliens beaming these thoughts down to us. Where's my tin hat?
